Dallas Cowboy reportedly acquiring a Five-star Wide Receiver.

The Dallas Cowboys have reportedly bolstered their offense by acquiring wide receiver Jonathan Mingo from the Carolina Panthers in exchange for a 2025 fourth-round draft pick. Mingo, a promising young talent, had been a target for the Cowboys during the draft process, though they initially missed out on securing him. Standing at 6-foot-2 and weighing 220 pounds, Mingo impressed with his athletic abilities during the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine, including a 4.46-second 40-yard dash and a 39.5-inch vertical leap.

While Mingo has yet to record a touchdown in his NFL career, his strong college performance at Ole Miss — totaling 112 receptions for 1,758 yards and 12 touchdowns — highlights his potential. The Cowboys aim to integrate him into their offensive lineup, addressing a need for more consistent playmakers amid struggles following quarterback Dak Prescott’s injury. This move signals the team’s determination to remain competitive as they look to stabilize their season trajector.
